What is TKTBOSS?

TKTBOSS is a mobile ticketing app designed to make the process of buying and selling tickets much more practical and convenient.

How does it work?

With TKTBOSS you can buy and sell tickets using a QR code system sparing you the hassles of printing tickets, renting scanners, etc.

Is it available in my device?

TKTBOSS is available on all smartphones and tablets.

How do I create an account?

Once you download the app, your account is automatically created. You may update your profile so you can quickly purchase tickets anytime.

How do I buy a ticket?

Buying a ticket is so easy and convenient. After choosing an event, select the ticket type and then choose your preferred mode of payment. You may opt for Paypal or through Bank Deposit.

For Bank Deposit, an email will be sent to your account containing our bank account details. Once deposited, kindly send a copy of the deposit slip to feedback@TKTBOSS.com

Payment confirmation will be within the next 24 hours.

Where can I view my ticket?

You may view your event tickets at the Ticket tab of the TKTBOSS app.

How many tickets can I buy for a specific event?

You can buy as many tickets as allowed by the event organizer per event per mobile number.

Can I use TKTBOSS for my own event?

Yes, please download the TKTBOSS Scanner app to create and manage your event tickets.

What is TKTBOSS Scanner?

TKTBOSS Scanner is a mobile ticketing app designed to make the process of creating events and scanning tickets much more convenient.

How does it work?

With TKTBOSS Scanner you can manage your own events and sell tickets using a QR code system sparing you the hassles of printing tickets, renting scanners, etc.

How do I login?

You may login either through your email, mobile no, touch ID or facial recognition.

How do I create an event?

You may create your event through your dashboard, Manage Events option.

Can I have my staff manage an event?

You may create a profile for your staff and an activation link will be sent to their email.

What's the difference between an Admin and Staff account?

Admins are able to manage events, staff, coupons, raffle and track reports while Staff can scan and check tickets during the events.

Can I add a coupon for my event?

Definitely! You may create multiple coupons for multiple events and link them with any of your ticket types.

Can I add a raffle for my event?

Yes, you may create multiple raffles for multiple events and link them with any of your ticket types.

Can I track the progress of my event?

You may easily track the progress of your event through the Reports function found in your dashboard.

Can I edit or delete my published event?

To protect the interest of our ticket buyers as well as organizers, we will not allow editing or deletion of published events on your dashboard but no worries, if you wish to edit or delete your published event, you may contact us at support@tktboss.com so we can evaluate the need to edit/delete and gladly do it for you for your convenience.

How will I receive the payments from my ticket sales?

All payments received until Wednesday will be credited to your bank account every Thursday of the week.

How much is the fee for using TKTBOSS Mobile Ticketing System?

You will only pay Php 50/USD $1 for every ticket sold. Total fee will be deducted from your weekly payout.
